I am inquiring are you seeking experienced bookkeepers at this time for remote services? I have 20 years running my own bookkeeping service and now live in a rural environment where working with an online outsourcing company is a welcome consideration. Please let me know if this is a possibility. Thank you.
Hi! I do hire bookkeepers from time to time. At the present moment I have a couple who are in line for the next new clients until their schedules are full. Then we will definitely be looking to add on, so feel free to check in from time to time.
Great job on the webcasts. We’ve had 3 accounting interns here that couldn’t tell us how to properly account for NSF checks. I just learned in 5 minutes. Keep up the good work.
Please tell us how you found us!
Glad I could help! Feel free to post any questions you might have and I will try and get in a web cast on it. Of course I am also available for hire – we have GREAT bookkeepers who can work with you remotely – call if you have any questions – (866) 945-8070.
Hi Seth! I currently use QuickBooks Pro 2010 and have an out of state friend who uses QB Pro 2009 who wants me to get his company up to date. Are the versions compatible – or would we both need to have the same version in order for me to work on his file? He’s not ready to upgrade quite yet and I don’t want to tell him that I can help him if the versions aren’t compatible. Thanks!
Hey Laura! Please post questions in the ask us section in the future. You can only use the QB data file in one edition of QuickBooks. So either he needs to upgrade to QB 2010, or you would need to get a copy of QB 2009.
